process

1. make sure to read the terms and conditions and agree to them.
2. send tix selling details: event name, event date / preferred day to attend, number of tix, preferred seat.
3. pay for ticket assistance fee. account details will be sent via dm. send me a screenshot of receipt.
no proof of payment = no slot
4. during the tix selling, I will queue with my team and purchase tickets on your behalf.
5. stand-by and keep your lines open for the payment process.
6. once tix are secured, check your email/account to confirm receiving your ticket vouchers.
7. after confirming, please don't forget to settle the service fee.

terms and conditions

please read the following before transacting with me:

● agreement: availing the service means that you agree to these terms and conditions. you also give us the consent to access and use your ticket purchasing account with the sole intent to purchase ticket in your behalf.
● securing tix: we will try our best to secure your desired seats however, availability of your desired seat depends on the demand and stability of the site. we will try to secure until the official event organizer declares sold out.
● payment errors: we will not be liable for payment transaction failure/rejections/error, and/or deductions on your account, as we have no control over these. please contact your bank / customer service. (this is also the reason we recommend gcash/maya/qr option when securing)
● for high-demand events, system or technical errors may occur. tickets aren’t 100% guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to secure them for you.
● do not queue using the same account you have provided to avoid issues on transaction.
● multiple tickets: for multiple tickets, we will automatically secure adjacent or secure seats that are close/few seats away from each other in case you strongly prefer a section.
● section and row selection: for sections and rows, please be advised that we will secure the seats with the best views up to the best of our ability. tiya-tiyagain natin yan πŸ€
● in case of sold-out: in case your preferred tier/section is sold out/unavailable, we can proceed to choose seats from your second chosen seat preference (w/ your approval).
● on shipped physical ticket: no full, unedited unboxing video = no refund (timelapse not allowed)
● meetups for physical ticket depends on our availability and proximity. we may also charge a handling fee.
● proof of transaction: after our transaction, i will be adding our transaction to my "proof of transactions". rest assured that any personal details will not be revealed to the public.
